It was a blast to work with Claire as she launched her healthy meal prep business, Fit Foods with Claire. She has an amazing vision for her new endeavor and it was fabulous being able to establish such strong branding for her message! We delivered several permutations of the logo in her custom palette, so that she can use it everywhere! Thanks again to Claire for this wonderful opportunity!

It’s been a blast this month working on a logo design for a local small business, she is a rockstar, and can’t wait to share more about her. We’ve nailed every milestone, and we’re on track to deliver final files in a couple of days. We are even producing additional artwork to extend the brand. Lucky we have an artist/illustrator who does fabulous work. Looking forward to dishing about this project in more detail!
getting ready for a lovely little private local event this weekend. I’ll be there showing my work, and maybe even more fun, supporting other local vendor friends, maybe I can call them, “friendors”. Anyways, it’s should be a nice time and I always appreciate a chance to meet new folks.

Very excited to be starting a new project to expand my local work. These new prints will be featured at Leesburg First Fridays and will be showing at a downtown gallery where they will also be available for purchase, stay tuned for all fabulous details!

Furiously working on my 5×7 folded holiday cards. This will also expand my product lines as well, not just prints anymore. Can’t wait to share more, they will be sold at local events and on my etsy shop. Stay tuned!
On Saturday I was at a small local arts and craft fair from 8am to 3pm, it was a quieter day but still wonderful to chat with new customers, neighbors, and especially the other vendors. It’s great to collaborate at these events with my colleague and friend, this is her groovy shop Fresh Cut Designs LLC. We share event space and created a really lovely little boutique shop for our work.

NEW SHOP: So excited to announce that we have relaunched on our Etsy shop, we are currently selling art prints and photography: CHECK IT OUT! Super excited for what’s planned later this year. New works are in progress and we’re also getting ready to schedule several fairs/events for Summer and Fall.

It’s rare that I share a work in progress, but I’m having so much fun I just couldn’t resist! As someone who is fairly indifferent to Valentine’s day, it was a bit amusing to find myself DIY-ing some Valentine’s day cards for my son to give to his classmates. It’s certainly sweet for children to learn to love one another, because that’s what the world needs now, is love sweet love. Right? 🙂
I’m pretty stoked at how my guitars turned out, the design is all original work. I’m not done just yet, still mulling over the wording and the size/color of the hearts. I’ll print these at home on matte white 8.5″ x 11″ card stock and cut them with my cropper. 4 cards per sheet. 16 kids/4 cards = 4 pieces of paper. I love those number$!
So there’s lots of really cool stuff going on! It’s a busy time at Vine Ripe these days and it’s been so much fun! and i just love that i’m able to work globally and create things for people all over the world!

So excited about 2013, there’s so much on the horizon! I’m so thankful for the design work that continues to keep me busy! In the last month I finished a concert flyer invitation and tickets for a little girl in Australia, a LEGO themed birthday invitation for a soon-to-be 8 year old boy, and now I’m working on a baby announcement for my dear friend’s little girl who was born in November!
